A relatively new addition to Tel Aviv's culinary landscape is the Spanish cuisine, most especially its little tapas restaurants. These little assorted dishes are served both in high end restaurants and in small little restaurants all over town. Here are some of Tel Aviv's finest Tapas bars:
Vicki Christina – This is a real gem, or two gems to be exact. Vicki Christina is located at Hatahana complex (The Station), in southern Tel Aviv, right next to Neve Tzedek neighborhood. It is actually two restaurants – Vicki is a tapas restaurant while Christina is a wine bar with a Spanish atmosphere to it. Vicki's Spanish cuisine is run by chef Dudi Ben David, a rising culinary talent in Tel Aviv, and is characterized by Catalonian influences. It offers tapas dishes along with fine Spanish wines and cocktails.

Tapas Ehad Ha'am – located right in the commercial heart of Tel Aviv, Tapas Ehad Ha'am offers a traditional Spanish tapas menu, with all kinds of different tapas dishes, some based on sea food, some on vegetables and others are made of different kinds of meat. In accordance with it's traditional Spanish vibe, Tapas Ehad Ha'am offers a variety of Spanish cocktails and Spanish wines, in addition to the tapas dishes which are served in sizzling planchas.

Tapeo – This Spanish hotty specializes in tapas dishes, but also serves south American ceviche dishes. Chef Avivit Priel Avihay, has managed to create complex yet delicious tapas dishes, all of which are made using the finest raw ingredients while keeping a classic Spanish feel to them. In addition to fine cuisine, Tapeo also offers an endless selection of Spanish alcoholic drinks and cocktails.

Bocadillo – this tapas bar is located in Nahalat Binyamin, Tel Aviv's famous pedestrian mall. Bocadillo is designed as an authentic madridian tapas bar, and offers a wide range of tapas dishes. Bocadillo's menu is based around the Bocadillo, a crunchy Spanish bread-roll, baked in accordance with Spanish tradition. These bocadillos are served with a selection of 50 different small and elegant tapas dishes.
