Wineberg
Located in the touristy area of Ben Yehuda between Gordon/ Ben Gurion, Wineberg is co-owned with the delicious ice cream chain Iceberg.
At Wineberg, there is outdoor and indoor seating, yet the best is to be outside looking at everyone who passes by, especially on a nice summer night. The bar boasts a healthy wine list, separating the wines by country, and the prices are reasonable. They also offer a diverse food menu ranging from tapas, salads and warm dishes such as gnocchi and hot corned beef sandwiches. An advantageous side note: the menu is both in English and Hebrew so it is easy to order and most importantly, to understand what you are ordering!

The clientele varies in both ages and nationalities. Due to its location there are many tourists, but it also attracts Israelis who are out with friends or on a first date. It is a casual setting and is not the type of wine bar that has a romantic and intimate atmosphere. It is an unintimidating place to spend a pleasant evening, but keep in mind that it fills up quickly, especially on the weekends.

Wineberg is definitely a part of the Tel Aviv wine bar scene and nightlife. It offers a low key wine bar experience for those who find themselves in that part of town. To its benefit, it is situated next to some of the best ice cream in the city. If you are looking for a nice time, to catch up with a friend or go on a first date, you can put this on your list as a chill and enjoyable evening out. And if you want, you can even bring your parents without feeling weird.
